Includes cleaning countertops and backsplashes (removing and replacing items), washing or dusting cabinet fronts, scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, vacuuming or washing floors, cleaning the exterior of appliances (interior upon request), cleaning small appliances, window frames, dusting or cleaning baseboards, removing fingerprints, emptying trash, washing dishes (according to local procedure), and cleaning table and chairs.
Bedroom Cleaning
Covers vacuuming carpets, making beds, changing sheets (if left out), dusting all surfaces (removing and replacing items), dusting picture frames, cleaning mirrors and window frames, removing fingerprints, vacuuming under the bed (if accessible), emptying trash, dusting baseboards, cleaning or dusting lampshades, and general light straightening.
Bathroom Cleaning
Includes cleaning, disinfecting and thorough rinsing of sinks and shower or bathtub tiles, cleaning and polishing of chrome fixtures, interior and exterior disinfection of toilets (including base and back), cleaning of vanity tops (with possible removal and replacement of items), towel replacement (if left out), cleaning of mirrors and window frames, emptying of trash, dusting or cleaning of baseboards, vacuuming and/or washing of floors, and fingerprint removal.
Living Area Cleaning (Including Hallways and Stairs)
Involves dusting of all surfaces (removing and replacing items), vacuuming of upholstered furniture, hollowing and straightening of cushions and pillows, damp mopping of hardwood or tile floors, vacuuming of carpets, dusting of baseboards and removal of cobwebs, cleaning of window frames and glass tables, dusting of picture frames and lamp shades, fingerprint removal and general light straightening.
Additional Services
Includes cleaning of interior appliances (upon request, ask for details) and dishwashing (establish procedure with the local office).
General Tasks in All Areas
Encompasses emptying of trash, removal of fingerprints from woodwork, door frames and light switches, dusting or cleaning of baseboards, cleaning of window frames and general light straightening completed in all areas of the house.
